Andre Nogueira

Andre Nogueira

JBS® USA CEO

Andre Nogueira is President and Chief Executive Officer of JBS USA®, the North American and Australian subsidiary of JBS SA®, and the second largest global food company in the world. JBS USA® also holds a majority interest in Pilgrim’s Pride®, the second largest poultry company in the U.S. Mr. Nogueira assumed the role of CEO on Jan. 1, 2013. Mr. Nogueira began his career with JBS in 2007, serving as Chief Financial Officer through 2011. He then served as CEO of JBS Australia® throughout 2012. Prior to working for JBS®, Mr. Nogueira worked for Banco do Brasil in corporate banking positions in the U.S. and Brazil.


Mr. Nogueira currently serves on the Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation® Board of Directors, the Scott Technology Limited® Board of Directors, the North American Meat Institute (NAMI) Board of Directors, the NAMI Executive Committee and Rabobank’s North American Agribusiness Advisory Board. He has an MBA from Fundação Don Cabral, a Master’s in Economics from Brasilia University, a B.A. in Economics from Federal Fluminese University, and has completed the Chicago Booth Advanced Management Program.

Chris Benson

Chris Benson

President, Retail Ready Business

Chris Benson, a 25-year veteran of the beef and pork industry, has led the JBS USA Retail Ready and Ground Beef business since 2020.


Benson began his career in 1993 as a summer intern at IBP in Dakota City, NE. Over the next 20 years, he held leadership positions in sales, pricing and value-added operations with Tyson Fresh Meats.


Prior to joining JBS in 2018, Benson spent four years at Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa, as Director of the Applied Agricultural and Food Studies department.


Benson earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Agri-Business and Economics from Morningside College in 1994.

Cameron Bruett

Cameron Bruett

Corporate Affairs and Sustainability

Cameron Bruett has led corporate communications, industry affairs and sustainability at JBS® USA since 2012.


He started his career at JBS in 2008, managing government relations in Washington, D.C. Prior to JBS, Bruett served on the U.S. Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition and Forestry and held positions with ConAgra Foods, the EOP Group and USDA.


He is a past President of the Global Roundtable for Sustainable Beef, Board Member of the Farmer Support Programme in the Netherlands and a graduate of Tuskegee University.

Brent Eastwood

Brent Eastwood

President, JBS® Australia

Brent Eastwood has served as President of JBS Australia since September 2012. He previously served as COO for JBS Australia (Northern).


Eastwood has held several executive roles at JBS USA including Head of JBS Trading Worldwide, VP Beef Sales USA and President of JBS Carriers USA. Prior to JBS, he held positions at Australia Meat Holdings, the DR Johnson Group and served three years as CEO of the ConAgra Trade Group in Sydney.


Eastwood is a member of the Business Council of Australia’s Global Engagement Taskforce.

Chris Gaddis

Chris Gaddis

Human Resources

Chris Gaddis has led Human Resources at JBS® USA since May 2011.


Gaddis started his career with JBS in 2007 as a staff attorney, serving as General Counsel for three years. Prior to JBS, he was a private attorney in northern Colorado.


Gaddis is active in a number of boards, serves as a guest lecturer at various universities and has testified on immigration policy before the U.S. House of Representatives. He earned his Bachelor's and Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Shannon Grassl

Shannon Grassl

President, JBS® USA Regional Beef

Shannon Grassl has nearly 17 years of experience in the meat industry. He started his career in 2003 at Smithfield Beef and became part of the JBS USA team when JBS acquired the Smithfield beef group in 2008. He has served as President of the JBS USA Regional Beef Division since 2020.


Throughout his career, Grassl has held a variety of positions, including Business Analyst, BA manager, Head of Pricing and Supply Chain and Vice President of Pricing, Sales, Supply Chain and Specialty Programs.


Grassl received a B.S. degree in Business / Management Information Systems in 2002 from Michigan Technological University and also graduated from the University of Chicago Booth’s Advanced Management Program.



Rodrigo Horvath

Rodrigo Horvath

President, JBS Carriers®

Rodrigo Horvath has led JBS Carriers, the transportation division of JBS USA, since 2012.


Horvath has more than 24 years of experience in the protein industry, starting his career in 1990 at a JBS beef processing plant in Brazil. During his tenure in Brazil, he served in a variety of roles, primarily with JBS operations.


Horvath joined JBS USA in 2007, during the transition from Swift and Co. to JBS, serving as a VP of Transportation.

Bob Krebs

Bob Krebs

President & COO, JBS USA Pork

Bob Krebs has more than 30 years of experience in the pork business and has served as Head of JBS Pork Operations since 2013. He has served as President and COO of JBS USA Pork since 2019.


He began his career in 1989 and has held various management positions throughout the JBS USA Pork Division, including Quality Control, Product Management and General Management.

Denilson Molina

Denilson Molina

JBS® USA CFO

Denilson Molina has served as CFO of JBS USA since 2012.


Prior to JBS, Molina worked for more than 18 years at Banco do Brasil, where he served as Managing Director and Director of Credit and Debit Cards. He was a board member at CBSS and Cielo, a Brazilian public company with a market capitalization of $13 billion.


Molina graduated with a degree in finance from Universidade Metodista de Piracicaba (Brazil), and has an MBA in Administration and Marketing from Pontificia Universidade Catolica do Rio de Janeiro.

Fabio Sandri

Fabio Sandri

President & CEO, Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation® - Interim

Fabio Sandri joined Pilgrim’s as Chief Financial Officer in June 2011. He previously served as CFO of Estacio Participações, the largest private post-secondary educational institution in Brazil, a post he had held since 2010. Prior to that, he spent nearly two years as the chief financial officer of Imbra SA, a provider of dental services based in São Paolo, Brazil. From 2005 to 2008, Mr. Sandri served as strategy director and corporate controller for Braskem S.A., a New York Stock Exchange-listed petrochemical company headquartered in Camaçari, Brazil. He earned a Master’s in Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a degree in electrical engineering from Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo.

Tim Schellpeper

Tim Schellpeper

President, JBS® USA Fed Beef

Tim Schellpeper, a 30-year veteran of the protein industry, has led the JBS USA Fed Beef division since 2017.


Schellpeper began his career with IBP in 1987 as a Telephone Sales Representative. In 1990, he joined Farmland Foods as a Fresh Pork Product Manager. Over the next 25 years, he held leadership positions in sales, marketing, operations and logistics. He left Smithfield in March 2015 after having served most recently as President and Chief Operating Officer of Smithfield-Farmland.


Schelllpeper holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agri-Business from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Master of Business Administration from Northwest Missouri State University.
