Andre Nogueira

Andre Nogueira

JBS® USA CEO

Andre Nogueira is President and Chief Executive Officer of JBS USA®, the North American and Australian subsidiary of JBS SA®, and the second largest global food company in the world. JBS USA® also holds a majority interest in Pilgrim’s Pride®, the second largest poultry company in the U.S. Mr. Nogueira assumed the role of CEO on Jan. 1, 2013. Mr. Nogueira began his career with JBS in 2007, serving as Chief Financial Officer through 2011. He then served as CEO of JBS Australia® throughout 2012. Prior to working for JBS®, Mr. Nogueira worked for Banco do Brasil in corporate banking positions in the U.S. and Brazil.


Mr. Nogueira currently serves on the Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation® Board of Directors, the Scott Technology Limited® Board of Directors, the North American Meat Institute (NAMI) Board of Directors, the NAMI Executive Committee and Rabobank’s North American Agribusiness Advisory Board. He has an MBA from Fundação Don Cabral, a Master’s in Economics from Brasilia University, a B.A. in Economics from Federal Fluminese University, and has completed the Chicago Booth Advanced Management Program.

Al Byers

Al Byers

President, JBS® USA Beef

Al has over 40 years of experience in the meat industry. Prior to joining JBS in 2011, he was President of Meyer Natural Angus, President of ConAgra Signature Meats, and spent 18 years with Hormel culminating in an assignment as President of Dubuque Foods.


Al has experienced many different aspects of the industry, and has held a variety of roles throughout his career; including, Plant Personnel Manager, Labor Relations Manager, Industrial Engineering Manager, Operations Manager, Plant Manager, and Product Marketing Manager. Al graduated from Drake University with a degree in Industrial Communication, as well as an MBA from Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern.



Cameron Bruett

Cameron Bruett

Corporate Affairs and Sustainability

Cameron has led corporate communications, industry affairs and sustainability at JBS® USA since 2012.


He started his career at JBS in 2008, managing government relations in Washington D.C. Prior to JBS, Cameron served on the U.S. Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition and Forestry and held positions with ConAgra Foods, the EOP Group and USDA.


He is the current President of the Global Roundtable for Sustainable Beef, Board Member of the Farmer Support Programme in the Netherlands and a graduate of Tuskegee University.

Martin Dooley

Martin Dooley

President & COO, JBS® USA Pork

Martin has more than 30 years of experience in the pork business and has served as President & COO of JBS USA Pork since 2007.


He started as a management trainee in 1983 and has served as Product Manager of Processor Sales, VP Pork Processor Sales, VP of Processor Sales & Hedging and VP of Margin Management.


Dooley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Medical Technology from Eastern Illinois University in 1982.

Brent Eastwood

President, JBS® Australia

Brent has served as President of JBS Australia since September 2012. He previously served as COO for JBS Australia (Northern).


Eastwood has held several executive roles at JBS USA including Head of JBS Trading Worldwide, VP Beef Sales USA and President of JBS Carriers USA. Prior to JBS, Eastwood held positions at Australia Meat Holdings, the DR Johnson Group and served three years as CEO of the ConAgra Trade Group in Sydney.


Brent is a member of the Business Council of Australia’s Global Engagement Taskforce.

Chris Gaddis

Chris Gaddis

Human Resources

Chris Gaddis has led Human Resources at JBS® USA since May 2011.


Chris started his career with JBS in 2007 as a staff attorney, serving as General Counsel for three years. Prior to JBS, Gaddis was a private attorney in northern Colorado.


Gaddis is active in a number of boards, serves as a guest lecturer at various universities and has testified on immigration policy before the U.S. House of Representatives. He earned his Bachelor's and Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Rodrigo Horvath

Rodrigo Horvath

President, JBS Carriers®

Rodrigo has led JBS Carriers, the transportation division of JBS USA, since 2012.


Horvath has more than 24 years of experience in the protein industry, starting his career in 1990 at a JBS beef processing plant in Brazil. During his tenure in Brazil, he served in a variety of roles, primarily with JBS operations.


Rodrigo joined JBS USA in 2007, during the transition from Swift and Co. to JBS, serving as a VP of Transportation.

Brian Piedmonte

Brian Piedmonte

President, Case Ready Business

Brian has led the Case Ready Business at JBS USA since May 2017.


Piedmonte has more than 40 years’ experience in the retail meat industry. Prior to joining JBS, he spent 39 years with The Kroger Company, serving in a variety of leadership roles, including regional meat merchandising director for various divisions throughout the United States, and national fresh meat commodity and case ready director.


Brian holds various industry certifications, and is a graduate of the University of Southern California Executive Management Program.

Bill Lovette

Bill Lovette

President & CEO, Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation®

Bill has served as President and CEO of Pilgrim's since January 3, 2011.


Lovette most recently served as president and COO of Case Foods and previously spent 25 years with Tyson Foods in various senior roles, including President of International Business, President of Foodservice and Sr. Group VP of Poultry and Prepared Foods.


Bill received a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University and graduated from the Advance Management Program at Harvard Business School. He served as Chairman of the Board on the National Chicken Council Board of Directors in 2013.

Denilson Molina

Denilson Molina

JBS® USA CFO

Denilson has served as CFO of JBS USA since 2012.


Prior to JBS, Molina worked for more than 18 years at Banco do Brasil, where he served as Managing Director and Director of Credit and Debit Cards. He was a board member at CBSS and Cielo, a Brazilian public company with a market capitalization of $13 billion.


Denilson graduated with a degree in finance from Universidade Metodista de Piracicaba (Brazil), and has an MBA in Administration and Marketing from Pontificia Universidade Catolica do Rio de Janeiro.

Mike Thoren

Mike Thoren

President & CEO, JBS Five Rivers®

Mike has served as President and CEO of JBS Five Rivers since 2005.


Prior to JBS, Thoren was President and CEO of ContiBeef LLC, from 2003 to 2005. He began his career with Continental Grain Company in 1991, serving in several leadership positions including Feedyard General Manager, Director of Feedlot Operations, VP of Operations and CEO.


Mike received his Master of Science in Agricultural Economics and Bachelors of Science in Agribusiness from Washington State University. He is active in a number of local and national industry groups.
